Beurdie Logistics B.V. performs the forwarding assignment: we organise transport and act as the contractual freight forwarder towards the customer.
Important: Beurdie Logistics B.V. is not a carrier. We do not provide “own account” transport and do not operate with our own vehicles.
The carriage is performed by third-party carriers selected and managed by Beurdie Logistics B.V.
Forwarding conditions & legal framework
Our services are governed by the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX).
These conditions describe the freight forwarder’s role, liability framework and the rights and obligations within the forwarding agreement.
This ensures clarity in advance on responsibilities, risk allocation and the applicable legal regime for the forwarding services.
